Saddlebags are made of the first quality leather, which is 4-5 mm thick. In addition, they are made rigid by means of special foam (Trocelen), which helps to preserve the initial shape during a long time of usage. The back part of the sack is strengthened with steel metal, which is 1-1,5 mm thick. In the baggage container it is the bottom, which is strengthened. Thanks to this solution it is possible to fix the sacks to the body of the vehicle without risking its breaking as it often happens while drilling in the plastic.
