Delivering your goods is very simple with us. As we mainly sell heavy motorcycle parts and accessories, we have only two categories, light and heavy, same for whole Europe:
Light goods - up to 2 kilograms (tank belts, covers, tool rolls, vests).................................7€
Heavy goods - everything else (crash bars, radiator covers, jackets, backrests...)............12€
Russia........................................................................................................................20€
Australia, Canada, USA................................................................................................25€
IMPORTANT:
Please check the item for any damage before signing as you are signing to receive the goods in perfect condition. If the item is damaged refuse to accept the item. We can not be held responsible for any damage discovered after the item has been signed for. Please make sure you are available for delivery as this applies to any signature received.
Returns:
If you have a problem, or are unhappy with your purchase, then we will put the matter right.
You can return any item within 30 days and we will gladly replace the item or offer a full refund for it. All we ask is that you send the items back unused in their original condition with all the original packaging. If we have made a mistake, we'll also refund the delivery charges.
For your protection, where you are returning an item to us, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.
